Case No.6 of 2011 pending in<\/p>\n<p>                      the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.<\/p>\n<p>                                   After some arguments, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with<\/p>\n<p>                      a liberty to surrender before the court below within a fortnight<\/p>\n<p>                      and seek regular bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Permission is granted.
