Heard       learned       counsels          for      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The   petitioner         being        the    wife     of<\/p>\n<p>                   brother   of    the    husband       is      languishing        in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody     since       10.08.2011            in       a      case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 304(B) and 328\/34<\/p>\n<p>                   of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The   accusation         is    of administering<\/p>\n<p>                   poison to the victim within three years of<\/p>\n<p>                   the marriage.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering        the    fact      that         during<\/p>\n<p>                   investigation         the     neighbours              of      the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased stated that the deceased consumed<\/p>\n<p>                   poison    herself      and   other        accused          person<\/p>\n<p>                   Sheo Narayan Mahto has been granted bail<\/p>\n<p>                   vide Cr. Misc. No. 26507 of 2011, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner,     above       named,      be    released         on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                   (Ten   Thousand)      with    two       sureties       of     the<\/p>\n<p>                   like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned   C.J.M.
