RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                     Bail Application NO.3107 of 2007\n\n                             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                               DATED:29-05-2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>         In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners who<\/p>\n<p>are accused  Nos.1 and 6 to 11  in Crime No.208\/2007  of   Kadakkal<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for  offences punishable under Sections    143, 147,148,<\/p>\n<p>323, 324, 308 read with Section 149 IPC seek their   enlargement on<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.    I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>         3.    Having regard to the nature of the  offences, the duration<\/p>\n<p>of   judicial   custody   of   the   petitioners   and   the   other   circumstances   of<\/p>\n<p>the  case etc.,   I  am  inclined  to  grant  bail   to  the petitioners   but only<\/p>\n<p>from   a   future   date.     Accordingly,   the   petitioners   are   directed   to   be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 4.6.2007 on each of them   executing<\/p>\n<p>a  bond for Rs.   10,000\/-   (Rupees ten  thousand  only) with  two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M II,<\/p>\n<p>Kottarakkara   and subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">             B.A.3107\/2007       -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             (a).         The   petitioners   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>                 Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>                 on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             (b).         The   petitioners   shall   make   themselves<\/p>\n<p>                 available for interrogation as  and when required<\/p>\n<p>                 by the police till the filing of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             (c).
