Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submitted that after completing the investigation, final<\/p>\n<p>report was submitted on 26.3.2010 before Judicial First<\/p>\n<p>Class Magistrate, Ottappalam and final report has been<\/p>\n<p>submitted before the learned Magistrate.
