JUSTICE NARENDRA KUMAR JAIN\nHON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAGHUVENDRA S. RATHORE\n\nNone present for the appellant.\n\nBY THE COURT :<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tThe  matter was taken in first round and this case was passed over at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tCase called  again in second round but no one is present on behalf of the  accused appellant. It appears from the  earlier order-sheets dated 30.9.2009, 20.10.2009, 6.11.2009, and 7.12.2009 that  no one was present on behalf of the accused appellant to argue  the present application for suspension of sentence.
