SATHASIVAM,J.)<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government pleader for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. It is not in dispute that in the light of the decision of the Supreme Court  in <a href=\"\/doc\/428455\/\">K.K. Road Merchants vs. District Collector<\/a> reported in 2004 (13) SCC 61, the State Government and their Officers are bound to follow the directions issued therein.  Except recording the same and taking note of the relief prayed for in the writ petition, we are of the view that no further adjudication is required in this petition at this juncture.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith the above observation, this petition is closed.
