Simraha (Forbesganj), District Araria.\n                                                                            -------Petitioner\n                                                  Versus\n                        The State Of Bihar\n                                                                     -----Opposite Party\n                                               --------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-    14\/11\/2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner apprehending his arrest, in connection<\/p>\n<p>                      with Complaint Case No. 922 C of 2010 for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                      punishable under Section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code,<\/p>\n<p>                      pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria.<\/p>\n<p>                                   After some arguments, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a<\/p>\n<p>                      liberty to surrender before to court below within a fortnight for a<\/p>\n<p>                      prayer of regular bail, which shall be considered on its own<\/p>\n<p>                      merit, without being prejudiced of instant withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Permission is granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as<\/p>\n<p>                      withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Let a copy of this order be communicated to the<\/p>\n<p>                      court below through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                               ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)<br \/>\nPraveen\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Md.
