It appears that all the three<br \/>\npetitioners will deposit individually fixed deposit receipt of a bank<br \/>\nfor five years to the tune of Rs. 50,000\/- (Rupees fifty thousand<br \/>\nonly) as security and in case it is not found proved against the<br \/>\npetitioners then the security will be refunded. In case it is found<br \/>\nproved, the trial Court will be at liberty to pass necessary orders.<br \/>\nA direction is given to the petitioners to deposit the Fixed Deposit<br \/>\nReceipts before the trial Court and the trial Court will grant bail<br \/>\nto the petitioners. F.D.Rs. will be drawn in the name of petitioners<br \/>\nand the Registrar of Trial Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe aforesaid directions, these applications are disposed of.
