M. SAHAI)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tThe<br \/>\nmatter was adjourned on the request of learned counsel Mr. K.K.Shah.<br \/>\nToday, he has sent a leave note. Learned counsel for the respondents<br \/>\nMs. Sejal K.Mandavia states that the matter is extremely urgent as<br \/>\ncontempt petition against the interim order is listed for hearing<br \/>\ntomorrow.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThe<br \/>\nApex Court in Civil Appeal No. 2407 of 2011 (SLP (C) No.13873 of<br \/>\n2010) by its order dated 9.3.2011 has made a request to this Court to<br \/>\ndispose of the Special Civil Application and the application for<br \/>\nvacating interim order as expeditiously as possible, in any event,<br \/>\nwithin three months from the date of communication of the order. The<br \/>\norder was communicated by the Apex Court on 7.5.2011 received by this<br \/>\nCourt on 13.5.2011. The court was closed for vacation in the evening<br \/>\nof 13th May, 2011 till 12th June, 2011. Therefore, in view of the<br \/>\ndirection of the Apex Court, no further adjournment could be granted<br \/>\nto the learned counsel for the petitioner and the writ petition would<br \/>\nbe finally heard and decided on 14.7.2011 so that the order of the<br \/>\nApex Court is complied with. List the matter on 14.7.2011.
