JUSTICE D.K.SINHA<\/p>\n<p>          For the Petitioner(s):        Mr. Kalyan Roy, Advocate(s).\n<\/p>\n<pre>          For the State:                A.P.P.\n                               -------------\n\/ 21.06.2011            All the batch cases have been taken together but it could be\n<\/pre>\n<p>          found that the State could be able to file counter-affidavit only in four cases<br \/>\n          and in the remaining 14 cases counter-affidavits are yet to be filed on behalf of<br \/>\n          the State-Opposite Party.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State-Opposite Party<br \/>\n          are consistent that in some cases they have received instructions to file<br \/>\n          counter-affidavit but in some cases they are yet to receive instruction so the<br \/>\n          same could not be filed and therefore, two weeks&#8217; further time may be granted<br \/>\n          for filing counter-affidavit in all the 14 cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In the facts and circumstances, I find that two weeks&#8217; time would<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2.<\/span><br \/>\nnot be sufficient time for the State to file counter-affidavit and this Court will<br \/>\nhave to adjourn the cases again by giving time to the A.P.P. for filing counter-<br \/>\naffidavit.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In that situation, let these petitions be put up on 3rd August, 2011<br \/>\nunder the same heading by giving sufficient time to the State for filing counter-<br \/>\naffidavit in all the remaining petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In the meantime, interim orders passed in respective cases shall<br \/>\ncontinue till the next date.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                              [D.K.Sinha,J.]<br \/>\nP.K.S.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jharkhand High Court Dilip Singh vs State Of Jharkhand &amp;
