In\u00a0spite\u00a0of\u00a0notice,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0present\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0hearing.\u00a0The\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Respondents\u00a0were\u00a0present\u00a0and\u00a0made\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.<\/p>\n<p>3.      The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0sought\u00a0a\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0information\u00a0regarding\u00a0a\u00a0certain\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>property \u00a0 the \u00a0 original \u00a0 documents \u00a0 of \u00a0 which \u00a0 had \u00a0 been \u00a0 placed \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 bank \u00a0 in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>connection\u00a0with\u00a0a\u00a0loan\u00a0account.\u00a0The\u00a0chief\u00a0manager\u00a0had\u00a0given\u00a0a\u00a0detailed\u00a0reply\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to\u00a0her\u00a0providing\u00a0information\u00a0against\u00a0all\u00a0her\u00a0queries.\u00a0In\u00a0her\u00a0second\u00a0appeal,\u00a0she\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>has \u00a0 not \u00a0 pointed \u00a0 out \u00a0 specifically \u00a0 how \u00a0 any \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 information \u00a0 provided \u00a0 is\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>incomplete\u00a0or\u00a0incorrect.\u00a0Besides,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0also\u00a0informed\u00a0that,\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>meanwhile,\u00a0the\u00a0said\u00a0property\u00a0placed\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0bank\u00a0in\u00a0connection\u00a0with\u00a0a\u00a0loan\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>account\u00a0had\u00a0since\u00a0been\u00a0returned\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0owners.<\/p>\n<p>4.      Thus,\u00a0as\u00a0far\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0desired\u00a0information\u00a0is\u00a0concerned,\u00a0the\u00a0chief\u00a0manager\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>has\u00a0already\u00a0provided\u00a0it\u00a0in\u00a0her\u00a0reply.\u00a0There\u00a0is\u00a0nothing\u00a0more\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0done\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>appeal.\u00a0It\u00a0is,\u00a0thus,\u00a0disposed\u00a0off.\n<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/SM\/A\/2010\/000174\n<\/p>\n<p> 5.
