Application No.284 of 2006 &#8211; Delay condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.     This   appeal   is   filed   against   the   judgment   and   decree   in   L.A.R.\n<\/p>\n<p>No.130  of 1998  on the  file of the  Additional  Sub  Court,  Kottayam.     The<\/p>\n<p>acquisition   is   for   the   formation   of   Reach-II   of   Changanacherry   bye   pass.\n<\/p>\n<p>The  relied on judgment has become final in L.A.A. No.543 of 2001.   The<\/p>\n<p>connected   matter   also   has   been   dismissed   by   this   Court   by   judgment   in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A. No.623 of 2003.\n<\/p>\n<p>        For the above reasons, this appeal is dismissed.  I.A.
