The affidavit on a stamp in that respect has been<br \/>\n\tproduced on record. In that view of the matter and in view of the<br \/>\n\tsettlement arrived at between the parties, he has prayed to withdraw<br \/>\n\tthe Revision Application.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the settlement arrived at between the parties out of the<br \/>\n\tCourt, permission as prayed for is granted. The Revision Application<br \/>\n\tstands disposed of as withdrawn. Since the original defendant has<br \/>\n\texpired, the impugned orders passed by the Courts below do not<br \/>\n\tsurvive.
