RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                     = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                       Crl.M.C.No. 842  of 2008\n\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n           Dated this the 27th day of February, 2008\n\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, who is the accused in C.C. No. 1236 of 2003 on<\/p>\n<p>the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Muvattupuzha for<\/p>\n<p>an   offence   punishable   under   Sections   138   of   the   Negotiable<\/p>\n<p>Instruments Act IPC, seeks a direction to the said Magistrate to<\/p>\n<p>release the petitioner on bail on the date of her surrender itself.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Admittedly   non bailable warrants of arrest are pending<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner.  The circumstances under which those non<\/p>\n<p>bailable   warrants   of   arrest   came   to   be   issued   against   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner are not discernible to this Court.  It is only proper that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner surrenders before the learned Magistrate and seeks<\/p>\n<p>regular bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>         Accordingly,  this Criminal   Miscellaneous  Case is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of   permitting   the   petitioner   to   surrender   before   the   learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate  and file an application for regular bail  within a period<\/p>\n<p>of  one month from  today.    In case the petitioner complies  with<\/p>\n<p>the above condition, her bail application shall be considered and<\/p>\n<p>disposed of on merits preferably on the same date on which it is<\/p>\n<p>filed  notwithstanding   the  pendency  of     non  bailable   warrants,  if<\/p>\n<p>any, against her.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           V.
