No.26975 of 2011\n                                  Rajendra Pandey\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   18.08.2011                      Supplementary affidavit on behalf of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                      being filed. Let it be kept with the record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to<\/p>\n<p>                      implead the complainant\/ informant as opposite party no.2 in this<\/p>\n<p>                      application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                      offence under sections 420, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                     In view of the nature of dispute between the parties, let<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for four<\/p>\n<p>                      months to be calculated from the date of his release on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                      bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                      amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.526 of 2010, subject<\/p>\n<p>                      to the condition (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how<\/p>\n<p>                      he is related with the petitioner.
