Thereafter the said<br \/>\nCivil Application came to be disposed of by order dated 26th<br \/>\nNovember  2001 which  reads as under :\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t&#8220;Considering<br \/>\n the fact that the Second Appeal  is admitted and even  the interim<br \/>\nrelief  was granted as back as on 17th<br \/>\nJanuary 2001, the interim relief  granted earlier is required to be<br \/>\nconfirmed and the same is accordingly confirmed. Rule is  made<br \/>\nabsolute  with no order as to costs&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tSecond<br \/>\nAppeal is ordered to be expedited.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThereafter,<br \/>\nthe present application came to be filed on 8th<br \/>\nMay 2002   for vacating the interim relief granted earlier. It also<br \/>\nappears that the<br \/>\nopponents  also filed Misc. Civil Application No. 949 of  2002 under<br \/>\nOrder 39 Rule 2A of  Civil Procedure Code. This  Court (Coram : Ravi<br \/>\nR. Tripathi,J) in view of order passed in Misc. Civil Application No.<br \/>\n949 of 2002  by  order dated 16th<br \/>\nAugust 2002 ordered this Civil Application to be heard with Second<br \/>\nAppeal.
