Chhaya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2<br \/>\nto 4, states that no orders may be passed with regard to the land<br \/>\nbearing Final Plot No.450 since necessary compensation has already<br \/>\nbeen paid. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel Mr.<br \/>\nChhaya and subject to the right of the respondents to raise all<br \/>\ncontentions \/ submissions in their reply, no orders are passed with<br \/>\nregard to the land bearing Final Plot No.450, at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHowever,<br \/>\nso far as the land bearing Final Plot No.464, admeasuring 206 sq.<br \/>\nmetres is concerned, it is directed that the possession thereof shall<br \/>\nbe handed over to the petitioners on or before 03.11.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tNecessary<br \/>\nprocedure for taking over possession of the land bearing Final Plot<br \/>\nNo.617, admeasuring 4248 sq. metres, from respondent-Torrent Power<br \/>\nLtd. (A.E.C.) shall be completed within a period of two months from<br \/>\ntoday. It is observed that if respondent-Torrent Power Ltd. (A.E.C.)<br \/>\nprefers any application for handing over possession of their Final<br \/>\nPlot, the authority concerned may consider the same sympathetically.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tTo<br \/>\nbe listed for hearing on 24.01.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>[K.\n<\/p>\n<p>S.
