MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\ncounsel for the petitioner submits that all the defects have been<br \/>\nremoved, teaching and non-teaching staff have been appointed and on<br \/>\n29th April 2011 respondent No.4 &#8211; South Gujarat Veer<br \/>\nNarmada University has been requested to inspect the institution run<br \/>\nby the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe circumstances, we allow respondent No.4 to send an inspection<br \/>\nteam for inspection of the institution run by the petitioner.  It<br \/>\nwill specifically find out whether the institution fulfills all the<br \/>\nconditions, particularly, teaching and non-teaching employees and<br \/>\nwhether they have been appointed as per law.  They will verify<br \/>\nadvertisement, interview letters, selection proceedings, etc. and<br \/>\ngive the details of teaching and non-teaching staff, so appointed.<br \/>\nFor such inspection if any requisite fee is required to be deposited,<br \/>\nthe petitioner will deposit the same with the University.  Post the<br \/>\nmatter on 1st<br \/>\nJuly 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t(S.J.
