Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :29\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n             THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                   -------------------------------------------\n                    W.P(C).No.21089 OF 2008\n                   -------------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 29th day of July, 2008\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>learned standing counsel for the University, I find that all that is<\/p>\n<p>required, at this point of time, is for the University to consider at<\/p>\n<p>its highest level the request of the petitioner for regularisation in<\/p>\n<p>the category of L.V. Driver, to which post, he says, he had been<\/p>\n<p>working for quite some time.                  Hence, without expressing<\/p>\n<p>anything on merits, it is directed that Ext.P6 will be taken up by<\/p>\n<p>the Registrar of the University and place before the competent<\/p>\n<p>authority, if necessary before the second respondent or any<\/p>\n<p>other authority in the University, in accordance with law for<\/p>\n<p>appropriate    decision,      after      affording        the   petitioner an<\/p>\n<p>opportunity of being heard.
