Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Regard being had to the facts of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case,    this       court        felt       it    not     a    case    for<\/p>\n<p>                      granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                However,             if    the     petitioner         and    the<\/p>\n<p>                      informant           of     the        case        enters        into     a<\/p>\n<p>                      compromise         and     the       same    is     found      true    and<\/p>\n<p>                      correct on being verified by the court below,<\/p>\n<p>                      then    the        court       below,        on     the       petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      surrendering             before it, may direct him to be<\/p>\n<p>                      admitted to bail on execution of a bond to<\/p>\n<p>                      his     own        satisfaction             in     connection         with<\/p>\n<p>                      Ariari P.S.Case No.36 of 2010 pending in the<\/p>\n<p>                      court         of         Chief         Judicial           Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                      Sheikhpura.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                With           the        above        observation,         this<\/p>\n<p>                      petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>B.Kr.
