No.19207 of 2011\n                                       Shivdani Sahni\n                                            Versus\n                                     The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   16.09.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Although the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                  14.09.2010 but taking into consideration that one countrymade double<\/p>\n<p>                  barrel gun, two countrymade rifles, 6 round revolvers, one countrymade<\/p>\n<p>                  pistol and 6 cartridges alongwith charger containing 10 live cartridges<\/p>\n<p>                  and two empty cartridges were recovered from the house of petitioner, I<\/p>\n<p>                  do not think it proper to release him on bail.<\/p>\n<p>                               Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection<\/p>\n<p>                  with Teghra P.S. Case No. 09 of 2008 is here by rejected.
