No.38057\/2008-E\n                     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                  Dated this the 6th day of January, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>             The petitioner is an Anganwady Worker under the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent.    She was initially working at the Anganwady situated at<\/p>\n<p>Kadappuram (Anganwady No.1). She was transferred as per Ext.P1 from<\/p>\n<p>Anganwady No.109 to Anganwady No.91. The said order stands cancelled<\/p>\n<p>by Ext.P2. Pursuant to Ext.P2, she has gone back to the earlier place. She<\/p>\n<p>is aggrieved by the observations made by the second respondent in Ext.P2,<\/p>\n<p>which according to her is derogatory and unfounded. It is also submitted<\/p>\n<p>that various allegations have been made against her without putting them to<\/p>\n<p>her notice also. She has caused to issue Ext.P3 lawyer notice. But as she<\/p>\n<p>has not received any reply, and as the adverse comments made in Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>have also not been withdrawn, she has approached this Court with this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Since the petitioner is still aggrieved by the remarks in Ext.P2,<\/p>\n<p>she will have to invite the attention of the first respondent, who will have to<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.38057\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>look into the matter after hearing the petitioner also. To enable the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to do so, the petitioner will file a representation before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent within two weeks from today, and the first respondent will<\/p>\n<p>consider and take appropriate action in the matter within a further period of<\/p>\n<p>two months thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is closed.
