The father who represented the<\/p>\n<p>minor appellant is no more and he is now represented by his mother<\/p>\n<p>and she is present. Representatives of the 2nd respondent-Insurance<\/p>\n<p>Company and counsel are also present.             After discussion, the<\/p>\n<p>Insurance Company has offered to pay an additional compensation of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.25,000\/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) over and above what<\/p>\n<p>has been awarded by the Court below, which is acceptable to the<\/p>\n<p>appellant.     Accordingly, Insurance Company shall deposit an<\/p>\n<p>additional compensation of Rs.25,000\/-(Rupees twenty five thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) before the Principal Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal,<\/p>\n<p>Kozhikode, for payment to the appellant within 60 days from the date<\/p>\n<p>of the Award.
