Survey No.49 inclzxding the property conveyed to the<\/p>\n
petit;\u00b0:oner’s gran\u00e9 fathcar was acquirad by the City<\/p>\n
irk<\/p>\n

\nMunieipa\u00a7 Council, Shimoga (for short ‘ CMC’) for<\/p>\n
forming of the residential lay out called as ‘Vino\u00a5:)az1agar’<\/p>\n
by issuing notice of acquisition to the vendor of tf1e.sa.id<\/p>\n
land without notice to’ the petitioner’s grand  “is<\/p>\n
the assertion of the petitioner that   <\/p>\n
khatha was changed to the 1;a1:n_e cj:f <\/p>\n
grand father in the record.__. of Afigliz,   ” L.<\/p>\n
