KURIAKOSE , J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        The State is in appeal. On going through the<\/p>\n<p>impugned judgment, we find that it was relying on the<\/p>\n<p>judgment    in    L.A.R.No.312\/05          that     the   learned<\/p>\n<p>Subordinate Judge refixed the value of the land. It is<\/p>\n<p>fairly conceded by the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>Smt.Latha Thankappan that Ext.A1 was passed on the<\/p>\n<p>basis of the settlement arrived at between the parties<\/p>\n<p>in that case and acquisitioning authority.               It is not<\/p>\n<p>disputed that Ext.A1 was an identical property. We<\/p>\n<p>find that the land involved in Ext.A1 was a reclaimed<\/p>\n<p>land while the land involved in this appeal is dry land.<\/p>\n<p>That is why the learned Sub Judge fixed a value higher<\/p>\n<p>than what was given in Ext.A1, we are of the opinion<\/p>\n<p>that the approach was quite reasonable.<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A.No.271 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                          :: 2 ::\n<\/p>\n<p>       There is no warrant for interference with the<\/p>\n<p>said judgment at the instance of the State.
