No. 1793 of 2010\n                 --------------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 15th day of October, 2010\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Ramachandran Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     Appeal is filed against judgment of the learned single Judge<\/p>\n<p>declining to direct respondents to entertain a nomination paper<\/p>\n<p>submitted by the appellant without signature. Counsel for the appellant<\/p>\n<p>submitted that defect is not grave enough to reject a nomination. We<\/p>\n<p>are unable to accept this because in our view, the learned single Judge<\/p>\n<p>has rightly held that nomination filed without signature is invalid in<\/p>\n<p>law.
