HEMA, J.\n                       ------------------------------------------\n                       Bail Appl.No. 4028 of 2008\n                       ------------------------------------------\n                 Dated this the 23rd day of June, 2008.\n\n\n                                      ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Petition for anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The alleged offences are under Sections 143, 147, 149,<\/p>\n<p>294(b), 341, 332 and 379 of IPC.            Petitioner is the 4th accused.    The<\/p>\n<p>co-accused are granted anticipatory bail and no reason is stated why<\/p>\n<p>it should be refused to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>             3. On hearing both sides,             I am satisfied that a direction<\/p>\n<p>can be issued to the petitioner and the following order is passed:<\/p>\n<p>       i) The Petitioner shall surrender before the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>within ten days from the date of this order and make himself available<\/p>\n<p>for interrogation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      ii)   Thereafter, the investigating officer                shall produce the<\/p>\n<p>accused before the Magistrate Court concerned in the event of arrest<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner, if any, in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>      (iii) On production of the accused, he shall be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>on his executing bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two solvent sureties each<\/p>\n<p>for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate Court on condition<\/p>\n<p>that he will co-operate with the investigation and appear before the<\/p>\n<p>investigating officer as and when directed by him.<\/p>\n<p>       Petition is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   K.
