Said<br \/>\n\torder of termination was challenged by petitioner before labour<br \/>\n\tcourt in reference no. 156 of 92 and labour court has decided it on<br \/>\n\t26.9.1997 in favour of petitioner by granting reinstatement in<br \/>\n\tservice with all consequential benefits. Said award was not<br \/>\n\timplemented by respondent authority. Therefore, special civil<br \/>\n\tapplication no. 8979 of 1999 was filed by petitioner before this<br \/>\n\tcourt and thereafter, petitioner was reinstated in service. On<br \/>\n\t9.7.2001, this court decided aforesaid petition in favour of<br \/>\n\tpetitioner. Even though petitioner remained in service, was<br \/>\n\treceiving only monthly salary of Rs.1350.00 and her earlier service<br \/>\n\thas not been taken into account and her services have yet not been<br \/>\n\tregularized by respondents and therefore, aforesaid representation<br \/>\n\tis made by petitioner which has remained undecided and, therefore,<br \/>\n\tpetitioner has filed this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tlight of this back ground, it is directed to respondents to consider<br \/>\n\trepresentation made by petitioner and also to consider award passed<br \/>\n\tby labour court as well as decision of this court as referred to<br \/>\n\tabove and also to consider recommendation made by Rector  Government<br \/>\n\tBoys School, Rajpipla vide his letter dated 12.7.2007 and also to<br \/>\n\tconsider case of other similarly situated employee Savitaben  and<br \/>\n\tthen to pass appropriate reasoned orders in accordance with award of<br \/>\n\tlabour court as well as decision of this Court as referred to above,<br \/>\n\twithin three months from date of receipt of copy of this order and<br \/>\n\tthen to communicate decision to petitioner immediately thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>With<br \/>\n\tthese observations and directions, this petition is disposed of by<br \/>\n\tthis court without expressing any opinion on merits.
