GOPINATHAN, J.\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 B.A. Nos. 2574 &amp; 2703 of 2009\n            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 19th day of May, 2009.\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner in B.A No.2574\/2009 is the second accused<\/p>\n<p>and the petitioner in BA No.2703\/2009 is the third accused in<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.368\/2009 of Karunagappally Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 308, 447,<\/p>\n<p>427 read with section 149 IPC<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Today when these petitions came up for hearing,<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is in<\/p>\n<p>the midway and it would be appropriate to release the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>on or after 30\/05\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In the result, these petitions are allowed and the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners shall be released on bail on or after 30\/05\/2009 on<\/p>\n<p>their executing a bond for Rs.40,000\/- (Rupees Forty Thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the trial court on the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>    i) The    petitioners      shall    report      before       the<\/p>\n<p>       Investigating Officer at 10 a.m on every Saturday.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>    ii)The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make<\/p>\n<p>B.A.Nos.2574 &amp; 2703\/09<\/p>\n<p>       any inducement, threat or promise to any person<\/p>\n<p>       acquainted with the facts of the case so as to<\/p>\n<p>       dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court<\/p>\n<p>       or to any police officer.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                             P.
