A copy of the proceedings of Anti Quackery Committee was given to the<br \/>\nAppellant. In terms of the proceedings of Anti Quackery Committee, letter had been sent CDMO (North<br \/>\nEast) vide letter no. DMC\/CDMO-NED\/F.13-A\/AQ\/FS\/2\/2010\/99864 dated 14\/07\/2010 and Registrar,<br \/>\nDCBP vide letter no. DMC\/DCPB\/NED\/AQ\/13-A\/2\/2010\/99866 dated 14\/07\/2010. A copy of the same<br \/>\nhad been supplied to the Appellant. The matter was still under consideration of the Office of Delhi<br \/>\nMedical Council.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete information received from the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA in his order noted that the appeal was not maintainable and the Appellant was seeking redressal<br \/>\nof his grievance.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unfair disposal of the Appeal by the FAA.<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Dr. G.
