Learned     Board    of    Revenue      held     that   the\n\npetitioner is not a co-tenant in the land in question\n\nand if he is claiming any tenancy right otherwise than\n\nto the revenue records, he may agitate his cause by\n\nway of taking appropriate legal course independently.\n\n\n\n           While     challenging         the   order    impugned       the\n\ncontention of learned counsel is that the courts below\n\nerred while appreciating the fact that the petitioner\n\nis having deep interest with the land in question and\n\nthe land title vests with him.\n\n\n\n           I    do   not   find    any    merit    in     the   argument\n\naforesaid.\n                                   2\n\n          It is not in dispute that as per revenue\n\nrecords   the    petitioner       is     not     a    co-tenant         and,\n\ntherefore, if he is having any tenancy rights he have\n\nto prove those by adducing his own evidence. For that\n\npurpose   he    is    required    to     avail       his    own    remedy.\n\nLearned   courts      below,     thus,      rightly        rejected      the\n\napplication.\n\n\n\n          Accordingly, the petition for writ does not\n\nrequire   any        interference      of      this        Court       while\n\nexercising      powers     under       Article         227        of     the\n\nConstitution of India.
