It is<br \/>\ndated 28.4.2011.  It is received in the Registry on 30.4.2011 and<br \/>\nthough engagement ceremony of his son is to take place today i.e.<br \/>\n10.5.2011, the matter is notified only today before this Court<br \/>\ncreating situation which makes the presence of the applicant convict<br \/>\nin the engagement ceremony of his son if not impossible but<br \/>\ndifficult.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRegistry<br \/>\nis directed to place the papers before the Honourable the Chief<br \/>\nJustice for passing appropriate orders in the matter as may be deemed<br \/>\nfit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\npresent application is filed seeking temporary bail for a period of<br \/>\n30 days so as to attend the engagement ceremony of his son.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP Mr.Pandya waives service of notice of rule on behalf of<br \/>\nthe respondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks. The applicant<br \/>\nhas enjoyed one temporary bail on the occasion of marriage of his<br \/>\ndaughter.  He has also enjoyed one parole for filing an appeal before<br \/>\nthe Court. Nothing adverse is noticed from the jail remarks.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is partly allowed. The<br \/>\nconvict prisoner is ordered to be released on temporary<br \/>\nbail for a period of 15 days from the date of his<br \/>\nactual release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities. The convict shall surrender to the jail authorities on<br \/>\nexpiry of the temporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRegistry<br \/>\nis directed to communicate this order  by FAX.<br \/>\nCopy of this order be made available to learned APP for its onward<br \/>\ncommunication.
