P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Although the petitioner is husband of the deceased but<\/p>\n<p>                    learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards the<\/p>\n<p>                    contents of the fardbeyan of the informant and submitted that father<\/p>\n<p>                    of the petitioner wanted to establish physical relationship with the<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner. It is further contended by him that in course of<\/p>\n<p>                    investigation, it came to light that the deceased committed suicide.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    submissions of the parties, let petitioner, Dharmbir Chauhan, be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
