I heard learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Bank also.<\/p>\n<p>Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be given<\/p>\n<p>some time to pay off the amount. He also prays that petitioner may<\/p>\n<p>be given the benefit of one time settlement scheme which is available<\/p>\n<p>to her.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as follows:<\/p>\n<p>      If the petitioner files a representation before the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>within ten days from today seeking the benefit of any scheme, the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent will consider and take a decision in the matter and<\/p>\n<p>communicate the decision to the petitioner within three weeks from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of the representation.
