THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE. ,MANER POLICE STATION,\n                      PATNA.\n\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5   21.01.2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The prayer of the petitioner is that the accused<\/p>\n<p>                      of Maner Police Station Case No. 68\/2010 be arrested<\/p>\n<p>                      and the trees which were cut, should be handed over to<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Learned counsel for the State submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                      appropriate steps have been taken in connection with the<\/p>\n<p>                      investigation of Maner Police Station Case No. 68 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                      Learned counsel further submits that the investigation is<\/p>\n<p>                      in progress. It is further submitted that as regards the<\/p>\n<p>                      claiming of the possession of the trees, which were cut, it<\/p>\n<p>                      will be open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps<\/p>\n<p>                      before appropriate forum.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the submissions of the parties, I<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            am not inclined to interfere with the matter.
