Learned  counsel for the  Water<\/p>\n<p>Authority   submits   that   the   funds   are   to   be   made   available   by   the   District<\/p>\n<p>Collector.  There will be a direction to the District Collector, Kozhikode to<\/p>\n<p>look  into the grievance of the petitioner in the matter of making available<\/p>\n<p>the required amounts for payment of the bill amounts due to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>with notice to the petitioner  and  the second  respondent within a period  of<\/p>\n<p>two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   before   the   District   Collector,   Kozhikode.
