He applied for a<\/p>\n<p>regular permit, in respect of which the State Transport Appellate<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal passed Ext.P1 judgment, in which it has been allowed as<\/p>\n<p>follows: &#8221; In the result, this appeal is allowed. The impugned order is<\/p>\n<p>set aside and the first respondent is directed to grant fresh regular<\/p>\n<p>permit as sought for by the appellant, of course, avoiding the sector<\/p>\n<p>between Cheruthoni and Idukki, as Super Fast service and then call<\/p>\n<p>upon the appellant to make available a suitable vehicle fit for such<\/p>\n<p>higher class of service in accordance with Rule 260A of the K.M.V.<\/p>\n<p>Rules&#8221;. The petitioner&#8217;s grievance is that the R.T.A has not taken steps<\/p>\n<p>to comply with the direction of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in<\/p>\n<p>the said judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. The learned Government Pleader submits that going by the<\/p>\n<p>number of applications for permit pending consideration before them,<\/p>\n<p>the RTA would require at least two more months&#8217; time to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on the petitioner&#8217;s application in accordance with Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> W.P.(C).NO.27408 OF 2009              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition, with a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner&#8217;s application for<\/p>\n<p>permit in accordance with Ext.P1 judgment of the Tribunal, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible at any rate within two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  S.
