No.29818 of 2009\n               ---------------------------------\n             Dated, this the 22nd day of October, 2009\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      By   Ext.P1,   the    petitioner  was    promoted    as   a   Junior<\/p>\n<p>Superintendent in the Police Department. According to him, by Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>order, 13 posts of Accounts Officer were created in the District\/City<\/p>\n<p>Police Offices in the State. It is stated that Recruitment Rules have not<\/p>\n<p>been framed.      But, however, the Rules which are applicable to<\/p>\n<p>Accounts Officer in the DGP&#8217;s Office is being followed. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that he is eligible in all respects for the post of Accounts<\/p>\n<p>Officer, and that despite the same, unqualified persons are being<\/p>\n<p>promoted.     Complaining of this, the petitioner has filed Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 1st respondent, and he seeks a direction for<\/p>\n<p>its early consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Having regard to the limited nature of the relief that is<\/p>\n<p>sought for in the writ petition, I feel it is only appropriate that the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall consider the same.
