This court on going through the oral_..___and\n\ndocumentary evidence and also the \ufb01nding givenj\"'oy\"~\u00ab_the\n\ncourt below is of the opinion that the compensation  *\n\nby the court below is meager comparedto  uh'\n\ninjury suffered by the claimant :'and--.'_A_'ai'so\"tl1Aejperiodefci:\n\ntreatment that was taken by \n\n6. The amount of  awarded to the\nclaimant Rs.15,000\/~ towarldshfjain_.~,an(i.V5-ieifferings is on\nlower side. conside'1*ing:_the vhefhas suffered four\nfractures   Therefore, the claimant is\nentitledlgtgoll additiofiald  Rs.25.000\/- under the head\n\nPain and  A\n\n-  -Since the\ufb02uclaimant is a Government employee he\n\nA'---has  freimbursement of his medical bills. Hence,\n\nrightly no cortipensation is awarded by the Tribunal under\n\n \u00abhead. Insofar as the compensation awarded under\n\n the head Nourishment Charges at Rs.5.000\/- is on lower\n\nwx\n\n \n\n\n\nside and the same is increased by another Rs.5.000\/-.;--._1t is\n\nseen from the records that the doctor who has \n\nclaimant has given his evidence to the effect   V'\n\nclaimant has suffered whole bodyitiisahilityf  5:.\n\n28%. However, the said whole  \n\n28% would not come in  of\" 'of: the \u00b0 V\n\nclaimant or his earning as  'gainftiiiy*vvem.}d\u00a7loyed in\ngovernment service.   accident he is\ncontinuing in servi.C\u00a2  change in the\nservice or   is not entitled to\n\nany \"ca;-;i1p\u00a211.sia::\u00a2n under the head future loss of\n\nincome. 'I'herefore., keepirigiitiiat in view, the court beiow has\n\nawarded. appropriate compensation under the head loss of\n\n a\" stun ofHi\u00a7s.10,00O\/--, which is on lower side and\n\n   increased by another Rs.30.000\/--.\n\n8.,\" ' Considering the fact that he was a government\n\nServant'.-and that he has availed three months leave to\n\nit utiridergo treatment for which no compensation is awarded by\n\nW\\\n\n\n\nthe court beiow, a global compensation of! Rs.20,000_\ufb01{\"w\u00a7.s\n\nawarded towards loss of salary during laid up  V.   .\n\n9. In the resuit, the appeal oi\"\"the.clai:rnanti a1io_Wed.,e it\n\nin part awarding enhanced compensation  adv \n\nRs.80.000\/- payable with inter[eStV_p8%A.\"per  the \" it\n\ndate of petition tili the date of \n\n10. Since second'  paid the\ncompensation__  the second\nrespondent;   tdeposit the enhanced<\/pre>\n<p>compensationpwiaiitrhih  from the date of receipt of<br \/>\ncerti\ufb01edhcopy of\u00bb  On such deposit a sum of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.&#8217;p2f!.f_)&#8217;,{J().(.)\/&#8211;  proportionate interest shali be deposited in<\/p>\n<p> bank in the name of the eiaimant for an<\/p>\n<p>A&#8221;&#8216;.ini\u00abt.i_alp  5 years with a right to draw interest<\/p>\n<p>pei&#8217;iodic_aliy; \u00a7TA1&#8217;1e balance amount with proportionate interest<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;  &#8212; ..
