Sudhir Singh, son of late Yogendra Narayan Singh,\n                       resident of village-Olapur Gangaur, P.S.-Khagaria,\n                       District- Khagaria.\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   09.09.2011                  The second party-petitioners have preferred<\/p>\n<p>                     this revision application against the order dated 7.05.2010<\/p>\n<p>                     passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khagaria<\/p>\n<p>                     in Case No.44(M)\/2010 by which the Circle Officer has<\/p>\n<p>                     been appointed receiver with regard to the crops standing<\/p>\n<p>                     on the land in dispute.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                     the learned A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It appears from the impugned order that there<\/p>\n<p>                     is land dispute between both the parties. There was crops<\/p>\n<p>                     standing on the land in question for which there was<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              apprehension of breach of peace. Considering the<\/p>\n<p>              exigencies of the matter, the Circle Officer was appointed<\/p>\n<p>              as receiver in this case. This order is with regard to the<\/p>\n<p>              crops standing on the land in the month of May, 2010. It<\/p>\n<p>              appears that this order has become infructuous.<\/p>\n<p>                         Accordingly, this application is disposed of as<\/p>\n<p>              infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>V.K.
