Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :23\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                        -------------------------\n                    W.P (C) No.38322 of 2010\n                       --------------------------\n              Dated this the 23rd December, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      According to the petitioner, in relation to the work of<\/p>\n<p>rectification and patch repairs to the BT surface of M.C Road<\/p>\n<p>from Ch.7\/200 to 8\/400 KM executed by him, an amount of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.1,48,881\/- is still remaining     unpaid.     It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>claiming payment of the said amount, he has submitted<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 representation to the 3rd respondent and even the<\/p>\n<p>representation    is  not   considered.         It  is  in  these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
