PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for\nRespondent(s) : 1, \nNone for Respondent(s) :\n2, \n=========================================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI\n\t\t\n\t\n\t \n\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nand\n\t\t\n\t\n\t \n\t\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE P.P.BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 05\/05\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed by the convict through Jail, seeking temporary<br \/>\nbail for a period of 21 days so as to attend the marriage of his<br \/>\nniece(Brother&#8217;s daughter), which is scheduled on 14th May,<br \/>\n2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr. Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks.  The Convict<br \/>\nhas enjoyed one temporary bail in the month of April-May, 2008.  He<br \/>\nhas enjoyed two furloughs, one in the year 2008 and another in the<br \/>\nyear, 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the application is allowed. The<br \/>\nconvict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of<br \/>\nFIFTEEN days, from the date of his release, in Criminal<br \/>\nAppeal No. 2223<br \/>\nof 2006, pending before this Court, on his<br \/>\nexecuting a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to<br \/>\nthe satisfaction of the Jail Authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender to the Jail Authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\ntemporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
