Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The       petitioner      is     apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   420,    504    and    506\/34       of     the      Indian    Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The       accusation        is      of    giving       Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   61,000\/-       to     one      Ajay        Kumar      Sahu       for<\/p>\n<p>                   providing employment to the informant&#8217;s son<\/p>\n<p>                   who subsequently handed over the money to<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It    is    submitted         that       there    is    no<\/p>\n<p>                   proof with regard to payment. Moreover, Ajay<\/p>\n<p>                   Kumar    Sahu       has     been    granted        anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>                   bail by the learned District Judge, Patna,<\/p>\n<p>                   vide Annexure-2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering                   the           aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   submissions,          let     the       petitioner,          above<\/p>\n<p>                   named, be released on bail in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender before the learned court<\/p>\n<p>                   below within a period of twelve weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                   today    in    connection          with     Sultanganj       P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                   Case No. 293 of 2007 on furnishing bail bond<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        of   Rs.10,000\/-(Ten         Thousand)     with      two<\/p>\n<p>        sureties   of   the   like    amount     each   to   the<\/p>\n<p>        satisfaction of the learned J.M.
