Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      The question in this Writ Petition relates to the alleged<\/p>\n<p>lack of jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kottayam at<\/p>\n<p>Ettumanoor to proceed with the matter instituted by the<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The matter was referred to mediation.<\/p>\n<p>      2. We heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Learned counsel for the parties would submit that in terms of the<\/p>\n<p>mediation, the respondent is agreeable to withdraw the petition<\/p>\n<p>filed before the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor and<\/p>\n<p>institute it in the appropriate Family Court in Chennai. We<\/p>\n<p>record the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent<\/p>\n<p>that the respondent will withdraw the petition filed before the<\/p>\n<p>Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor with liberty to institute<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC. 30985\/08 S                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the matter before the Family Court, Chennai and close the Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                               Sd\/=<br \/>\n                                           K.M.
