No.24093 of 2008\n                                   ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>                             KRISHNA PASWAN &amp; ANR.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Versus<br \/>\n                                STATE OF BIHAR\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.   14.7.2008                   Heard      the   learned    counsel    for    the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners are apprehending their<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest     in    connection      with      Complaint         Case<\/p>\n<p>                 No.993\/2006 for the offences registered under section<\/p>\n<p>                 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3\/4 of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                 that the allegation against these petitioner, including<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner no.1 Krishna Paswan is absolutely incorrect<\/p>\n<p>                 and false, which would be evident from perusal of the<\/p>\n<p>                 F.I.R. of concerned Nawada P.S. Case No.358\/2005,<\/p>\n<p>                 as contained in Annexure 5, where it has been alleged<\/p>\n<p>                 that on the orders of Anil Paswan the firing was made<\/p>\n<p>                 by one Suresh Yadav and not by Krishna Paswan.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the submissions, as noticed<\/p>\n<p>                 above, and on perusal of the allegations made in the<\/p>\n<p>                 complaint and the materials available on record, it is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      directed that petitioner no.1 Krishna Paswan and<\/p>\n<p>      petitioner no.2 Maheshwari Devi, in the event of their<\/p>\n<p>      arrest or surrender in connection with Complaint Case<\/p>\n<p>      No.993\/2006 within a period of four weeks from<\/p>\n<p>      today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>      Rs.10,000\/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>      the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>      Judicial Magistarate, Nawada in connection with the<\/p>\n<p>      aforesaid case, on the condition mentioned in sub-<\/p>\n<p>      section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal<\/p>\n<p>      Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>PNM                          (Shailesh Kumar Sinha,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Krishna Paswan &amp;Amp; Anr vs State Of Bihar on 14 July, 2008 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
