He had also placed before this Court, a copy of the decree passed by the learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri, on 21.01.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent and based, on the exparte decree passed by the learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri, this Civil Revision Petition has became infructuous. Hence, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
