Petitioner.\n                                Versus\n         THE STATE OF BIHAR              ......Opposite Party.\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   18.11.2010       Heard   learned   counsel    appearing   on<\/p>\n<p>                behalf    of   the    petitioner    and   the     learned<\/p>\n<p>                counsel appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                      Petitioner is in custody in connection<\/p>\n<p>                with Gogri P.S. Case No 24 of 2010 for the<\/p>\n<p>                offence punishable under Sections 353 and 307<\/p>\n<p>                of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-<\/p>\n<p>                B)A, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Learned counsel for the petitioner with<\/p>\n<p>                reference to the allegations as set out in<\/p>\n<p>                the   F.I.R    submitted     that    no    case     under<\/p>\n<p>                Section     307      is   made     out    against    the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioner as the alleged gunshot hit nobody.<\/p>\n<p>                         He further submits that for the alleged<\/p>\n<p>                recovery of pistol and eight live cartridges,<\/p>\n<p>                the petitioner has remained in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                28.2.2010<\/p>\n<p>                          Taking      into       consideration        the<\/p>\n<p>                circumstances and considering the submissions<\/p>\n<p>                of the learned counsel, let the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                namely, Munna Yadav, be released on bail on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          furnishing     bail    bonds    of     Rs.10,000\/-        (ten<\/p>\n<p>          thousand)    with     two     sureties       of    the    like<\/p>\n<p>          amount   each    to     the    satisfaction          of   the<\/p>\n<p>          learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria<\/p>\n<p>          in connection with Gogri          P.S.
