Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :16\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                           ---------------------------\n                        W.P.(C) No. 31667 of 2008\n                       ------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 16th day of January, 2009\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent to dispose of Exhibit P2 application in accordance with the<\/p>\n<p>provisions of Transfer of Registry Rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Exhibit P2 is an application made by the petitioner seeking<\/p>\n<p>mutation of his property. According to the petitioner, Exhibit P2 was<\/p>\n<p>made to the 4th respondent. Subsequently, the petitioner also<\/p>\n<p>approached second respondent by filing Exhibit P3.
