Shri Chauhan<br \/>\n\tcould not argue the matter at length assailing the order. In view of<br \/>\n\tthis and in view of the concurrent findings this Court is of the<br \/>\n\tview that the matter deserves to be dismissed and is accordingly<br \/>\n\tdismissed.  However liberty is reserved to both the parties to<br \/>\n\tapproach this Court in case of difficulty.  Rule discharged.<br \/>\n\tAd-interim relief granted earlier stands discharged.
