Rs. 13,85,000\/–. Being aggrieaepi  that,” <\/p>\n

in the ace’1’der1t_’t;hat oeeurred on 14.11.2001 at about<\/p>\n
   a;-ms,\u00bb A. near\ufb01arichacharya Kalyana Mantapa, B.D.<\/p>\n
   due to rash and negligent driving of<\/p>\n
 M_ata\u00e9torV. bearing No. KA.02.A.7990 by its driver.<\/p>\n
 while he was going in autorickshaw bearing No. KA–16–<\/p>\n
  It is the further case of the appellants that, the<\/p>\n
it  V.  riieceased Sri. Syed Wahjid was aged about 45 years and<\/p>\n
working as Manager with M\/s. Maganur Basappa<\/p>\n

Circle and drawing the salary of Rs.4,000\/~ per<\/p>\n
and Rs.100\/~ as batta. On account of  <\/p>\n
deceased Syed Wahjid, the appellants eeei it.hle.4_’_leg’a_ll ”<\/p>\n
representatives, have filed a e’lajrnl”petition.,g elairni\ufb01g<\/p>\n
Compensation of Rs.   i<\/p>\n

  seeking.,_enh~ar1eement of compensation.<\/p>\n
V  ~lW.eAll’have heard the learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n
 for thevatppellants and learned counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n
l’ -,See0r1d respondent.\n<\/p>\n
6. After careful perusal of the material available<\/p>\n
on record, including the judgment and award passed by<\/p>\n
the Tribunal, it emerges that, the deceased was<\/p>\n
working with M\/s. Maganur Basappa Petrol <\/p>\n
earning Rs.4,000\/– per month and battajjf  <\/p>\n
whenever he was doing night (?’.1;i’Ef,?.. \u00abT V’<\/p>\n

awarded a sum of Rs.2,49,6dOV\/\u00a5’.A_’_lA’ <\/p>\n

 "all factors" divntodvconsideration, we deem it \ufb01t to<\/p>\n
 "ihoo_).ne of the deceased at Rs.4,000\/- per<\/p>\n
month  of Rs.2,400\/– per month as taken by the<\/p>\n

it rthe.rdeceased is taken at Rs.4,000\/~ per month,<\/p>\n
   __a__t%1r1ually, it works out to Rs.48,000\/– and out of which,<\/p>\n
it if 1\/ 3rd is deducted towards the personal expenses of<\/p>\n
the deceased. the net annual income of the dec_eased<\/p>\n
works out to Rs.32,000\/–. The deceased was <\/p>\n
years at the time of the accident and the  <\/p>\n
adopted Multiplier of 1:3. But interview '4la'Wt_:l.ai'dull<\/p>\n

the case as stated above, the impugned judgrn’en:t\u00ab–._and<\/p>\n
